Endorsement to Take Private Pilot Knowledge Exam

 

Have your flight instructor sign the endorsement below which will permit you to take the Private or Recreational Knowledge Exam. 

The Endorsement Should Read as Per FAR § 61.35(a)(1):

I certify I have reviewed the home study curriculum of (First name, MI, Last name). I have determined he/she is prepared for the (name the knowledge test).
