On Page M11, third column, last paragraph, the first two sentences of that paragraph have changed. The changes are shown in red below: "Moderate rain, fog and funnel clouds are three separate groups of weather phenomena and are reported as three separate groups: RA FG FC. If light rain, fog, and volcanic ash were reported, it would look like the following: –RA FGVA." In Figure 18A on Page M19, the definition of IFR should read, "Ceiling 500 to less than 1,000 feet and/or visibility 1 to less than 3 miles" In Figure 18A, Page M19, the definition of MVFR should read, "Ceiling 1,000 to 3,000 feet and/or visibility 3 to 5 miles inclusive." |
